YOUR TRUST COMES FIRST
A private network.
Clear boundaries.
This notice explains how Co-founder Network uses information you choose to share. Updated October 14, 2026.
Who operates the network
Co-founder Network is operated by its founding curator, Vladyslav Klymenko. For privacy questions, contact vlad@socialloop.ai or use Account & help.
What we collect
We store your verified email, profile, membership request, sponsor relationship, invitations, introduction requests, community posts and replies, messages, respect acknowledgements and scores, notification preferences, and requests to the curator. Sign-in records include session information and may include IP address and browser information to protect accounts and limit abuse.
Current role, company, and introduction are optional details you add yourself. LinkedIn sign-in does not supply these details. Profile photos load from LinkedIn’s image service; LinkedIn receives the image request.
Who can see what
Your membership request is private until admission. Approved members do not see your application answers: those remain visible only to you and the network owner, including after admission. Your current role and company also appear on your profile after approval. You can add public profile details separately. Approved members can see your profile, direct sponsor, recommendation letter, and community contributions. New recommendation letters are shared with the invitee and curator, then stamped on the member’s profile after admission. When you sponsor someone, a signed-in holder of the unused invitation link can see your name, photo, role, company, bio and recommendation. The claimant retains this sponsor preview while awaiting review. Earlier invitation vouches written privately remain visible only to their author and the curator. Email addresses are shared with another member only after an introduction is accepted. Private messages are available through the app only to their two participants. Reports and support requests are available to the reporter or requester where shown and to the curator; reported members are not shown the reporter’s identity.
Respect scores and active thank-you notes are visible to approved members, including the author’s name and date. Authors can withdraw or restore their own acknowledgement. The curator can hide or restore one with a recorded reason. Withdrawn records remain visible to their author and the curator; hidden records do not contribute to the score. Data exports include respect you gave and received. A deletion request removes those acknowledgements and updates affected scores.
The operator and infrastructure providers may access stored records when necessary to operate the service, resolve a support or safety issue, or comply with applicable requirements. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Members agree not to copy or share private conversations outside the network without permission.
Authentication and service providers
LinkedIn provides sign-in using your name (including first and last name when supplied), profile photo, account identifier, and confirmed email address. Better Auth manages the sign-in connection and session cookies. Provider tokens are encrypted in our database. We do not request your connections, employment history, or permission to post on LinkedIn. LinkedIn sign-in does not verify founder credentials or grant membership. Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores application data, and Resend delivers transactional emails. We send the information each needs to provide that service. We do not sell member information, run advertising trackers, or send community message bodies in activity emails.
Email preferences
You can turn activity emails off in Account & help. Invitations you request, support replies, and membership decisions are operational messages. An invitation includes your sponsor’s name, recommendation letter, and a unique, single-use link. Invitations expire after 14 days. Your LinkedIn email can differ from the invitation’s delivery address. Claiming the invitation locks it to your signed-in account. Keep the link private before claiming it.
Control and retention
Update your profile at any time, download a copy of your data, block another member, or close your membership. Closure hides your profile and contributions, revokes open invitations, and ends active sessions. It does not automatically erase stored records or remove members you sponsored.
Request deletion through Account & help or the operator’s email. The curator reviews and processes the request, including any records that need limited retention for safety, an unresolved dispute, or applicable obligations. Active account records remain while needed to provide the network. Expired authentication records and processed email job records are cleared by maintenance. Provider backups may retain earlier copies for their retention period.
Questions or changes
